Wildwood
Wildwood is a new classic of animation. This is WOW!

2 hours of insanely cool stop-motion animation from Laika studio about a magical forest next to Portland, Oregon, where people and FURRIES live. The animation is simply unimaginable! You quickly forget that these are puppets, and all the scenes are assembled entirely by hand.

The final battle scene is an Oscar contender, I believe. A fairy tale about a forest suddenly turns into a massive wall-to-wall brawl that doesn't yield in coolness to the best war films. There's a low bow and respect to the creators. Making the cartoon took 15 years, and I wouldn't be surprised if that one battle scene alone took 5 of them.

And personally I was pleased to see familiar Portland locations, such as the St. John's bridge and the downtown waterfront. They even showed the Max tram! And everything looks as in reality, without exaggeration.
The critics are delighted too - at the moment the Rotten Tomatoes rating is 100%.
I don't know what's happening with the release in the world, but be sure to go to the cinema when it becomes possible!
