My first BIG date

I had a date today!

With a real American~

And it was probably the best date I've ever been on ❤️

For me it was also one of my first serious experiences of communicating entirely in English for several hours straight. Aaah, how badly I actually speak. Trying to talk fast and about completely different things, I kept forgetting words, mixing up tenses, stumbling, and RRRolling my Rs :D

I hope I didn't bore him to death with my chatter, hahaha

I suggested to have a breakfast at one of my favorite diners which is called My Father's Place

That same diner has pinball, billiards and a couple of arcade machines

But honestly, I found a real HIDDEN GEM! He's literally a HUGE walking green flag. A gentleman, the most pleasant person to talk to, a great listener, and completely open. On the second day he drove me to a couple of awesomely beautiful little spots in Portland that I hadn't even heard of yet!

I hadn't been to this part of the city yet, and it turns out it's so cool here! But I wouldn't have gotten here without a car.

The park is on top of a hill and there's a pretty nice view of the mountains and the city from here.

Hugged some trees. In the state of Oregon it's a must!

Conclusion: 11\10. The best date ever! I recommend everyone find themselves a huge ~~bear~~ panda! They're great to cuddle with.
